Website development is an important and crucial first step to creating an online business. The investment made in your website design can be a large investment and you probably want a website that is an extension of your business and display your products or service in a professional way.

Beware, just because a website is amazing to look at, this does not mean it work well with all of your Internet Marketing efforts.

Most of the time the websites are created with out the thought or planning of good quality content, sites are also employing mainly flash design as well as complicated navigation set up making exploring your site frustrating. Surprisingly Internet Marketing and Website Design seem to be clashing rather than complimenting each other.

Be Creative in Your Own Ball Park

Do you know someone who tends to ask a lot of questions? Maybe he or she gets on your nerves because of the questions you have to field and because it seems you can’t get through a conversation without numerous interruptions. Don’t despair. This may be a very creative person from whom you can learn and someone who might help you increase your own ability to be creative.

In my “A Strategy For Winning” book, principle number three is Be Creative. I define creativity as doing a common thing uncommonly well. It is taking what we have, where we are, and getting the most out of it. It is looking at old things with a fresh pair of eyes and seeing them differently. When aptly applied, the questions “Why?” and “What if?” can change one’s life and change one’s world.

Internet advertising up 38 percent in first quarter

U.S. Internet advertising surged 38 percent to a record $3.9 billion in the first quarter as marketers moved additional dollars to the Web, according to data released on Tuesday.

The Interactive Advertising Bureau and PricewaterhouseCoopers surveyed leading companies that sell advertising space online, including Yahoo Inc. and Google Inc. , which are benefiting as consumers spend more of their media and purchasing time on the Internet.
